Aqua Bio Technology: Ordinary general meeting held on 8 June 2016

Oslo, Norway, 8 June 2016. Aqua Bio Technology ASA held its annual general
meeting today.

All resolutions from the general meeting were made in accordance with the
recommendations from the board of directors and the nomination committee.
