Jan Pettersson

Roger Sebastian Sedal

Chairman of the Board

Roger Sebastian Sedal (born 1972) is a Norwegian investor and businessman with a broad background in real estate, technology, and logistics. He has held several board positions in Norwegian companies, including EasyPark ASA, NetNet AS (later Ventelo), Propr AS, Verdun Holding AS (Sem & Johnsen Eiendomsmegling), Telitas ASA, and In Sight AS. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Aqua Bio Technology ASA and Avelia AS. Sedal is the owner of Norlane AS.

Sedal was one of the initiators behind Propr.no, a digital platform for selling real estate without a broker, established in 2016. He has also been involved with JetCarrier Group, a logistics and customs clearance company, where he has held board roles.

He holds a degree in auditing from BI Norwegian Business School and has previously worked for Arthur Andersen and Storebrand.

Sofie Aimee Siem is currently pursuing a degree in finance with a specialization in marketing at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business in New York. Through her academic focus, she has developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, strategic marketing, and business development. Siem combines her international perspective with a keen interest in emerging market trends, positioning her well for roles at the intersection of finance and marketing.

Terje Blytt

Board Member

Terje Blytt (b. 1971) has more than 20 years of experience in international shipping, logistics and customs clearance. He is the CEO of the Jetcarrier group, a position he has held for over a decade. He has been on board with the Jetcarrier group from the first million to the +300 MNOK the JC group has in revenue per 2023.

Terje´s primary focus has always been on adapting new technology to gain an advantage in the market and he has been involved in several B2C pilot projects and work groups together with the Norwegian Customs Office. The results of this work are seen in today’s digital clearance solutions. Blytt is the owner of Terabyte Holding AS.

Kristian Flaten

CEO & CFO

Kristian Flaten joined Aqua Bio Technology ASA in August 2025. He has over 25 years of financial and business leadership, with proven track record in management, finance, corporate governance and business development from listed growth companies and international organisations.

Kristian has a background as CFO with IDEX Biometrics ASA and Quantafuel ASA, with additional finance experience from companies like BW Offshore, Eksportkreditt (Eksfin) and Handelsbanken. Flaten is the owner of Caprock AS.

Kristian holds a Master of Science from NHH (Norwegian School of Economics), with majors in Finance and Strategy.

Kristian Bjørgengen (b. 1974) is the CEO of Jetcarrier Logistics AS, and a founder and board member of the Jetcarrier group. Bjørgengen is the owner of Dank I Halden AS.
