Aqua Bio Technology ASA: Notifiable transaction in connection with Private
Placement

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Aqua Bio Technology ASA (the
"Company") on 15 April 2021 regarding completion of a private placement raising
gross proceeds of approximately NOK 15 million through issuance 1,303,707 new
shares (the "Private Placement").

In order to arrange settlement for certain of the new shares to be delivered in
the Private Placement, a share lending arrangement has been agreed with
Kjeveortoped Espen Dahl AS, a close associate of Board member Kristin Aase.
Pursuant to this arrangement, Kjeveortoped Espen Dahl AS has agreed to lend out
605,017 shares in the Company. Please see the attached form for further
