AQUA BIO TECHNOLOGY ASA: KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE REPAIR ISSUE

Reference is made to the announcement by Aqua Bio Technology ASA on 4 December
2018 concerning, inter alia, a private placement with gross proceeds of up to
NOK 15 million and a contemplated repair issue of up to NOK 625,000 (the "Repair
Issue").

The Repair Issue is, inter alia, conditional upon approval of an authorization
to the board of directors to increase the share capital in connection with the
Repair Issue by the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 7 January 2019.
The formal resolution (including final number of shares to be offered) related
to the Repair Issue will be made by the board of directors following approval
and publication of a prospectus, expected in February 2019.
