Reference is made to the announcement by Aqua Bio Technology ASA on 4 December
2018 concerning, inter alia, a private placement with gross proceeds of up to
NOK 15 million (the "Private Placement") and a contemplated repair issue of up
to NOK 625,000.

The Private Placement is, inter alia, conditional upon approval of the share
capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement by the extraordinary

the extraordinary general meeting and subscription rights will therefore not be
issued.
