Aqua Bio Technology ASA: Distribution agreement signed for Norway

Aqua Bio Technology ASA (ABT) has today signed an exclusive distribution
agreement with Cosmed Beauty AS [https://www.cosmedbeautyshop.no/] (Cosmed). The
agreement grants Cosmed exclusive distribution rights for Norway for the
certified organic skincare line Moana Skincare. ABT has previously announced its 
acquisition of all rights to Moana Skincare
[https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/513213].

The initial term of the agreement is three years. Cosmed has shown continuous
growth in the market and has established a distribution model that covers about
approx. 900 stores.
