ABT – New routines for financial reporting – Updated financial calendar

In accordance with the amended regulations not to require issuers of shares
listed on Oslo Axess to produce and publish quarterly reports, Aqua Bio
Technology ASA has today resolved that the company going forward will publish
financial information by producing half-yearly report and annual report.
Consequently, the company will no longer produce and publish quarterly financial
information.
On this basis, the company has updated its financial calendar.

FINANCIAL YEAR 2017
Half-yearly report - 16.08.2017
Annual general meeting 2017 - 07.06.2017
