Aqua Bio Technology has signed a distribution agreement with a new partner

Aqua Bio Technology ASA (ABT) has signed an agreement with 
Swiss Tanner s.a. (Tanner), which gives Tanner exclusive 
rights to the distribution of ABT's skin care series CUVGET 
and MOANA in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. This is an 
agreement of vital importance for ABT, ensuring new revenues 
from 3 new and significant markets.

In the first half of 2017, ABT signed agreements securing 
exclusive rights for the sale and distribution of two skin 
care series within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and 
Africa). These brands are MOANA and CUVGET.

According to the agreement with Tanner, both brands will be 
distributed in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The 
agreement is valid for three years to begin with, with the 
right to prolongation if Tanner achieves the minimum volumes 
in the agreement.

"This is an important and significant agreement for Aqua Bio 
Technology, and shows that the skin care series we signed 
exclusivity agreements for in the first half of the year is 
attractive to end-users and distributors internationally. We 
are working to close further agreements in other markets to 
ensure increased revenues later in 2017 and in the years to

The agreement implies an exclusive right to market, 
distribute and to sell the relevant products to end users, 
consumers and professional users, as well as all stores, 
skin care clinics etc., which Tanner in collaboration with 
ABT, considers to be best suitable to present the products 
to consumers.
