Aqua Bio Technology ASA (Oslo Axess: ABT) has signed agreements with three
distributors of ingredients for the cosmetics industry. The partnerships expands
the market reach for ABT's Dermaclarine(TM), an active ingredient for skin care
products.
Dermaclarine(TM) was launched last year and is a natural and ultra mild skin
clarifier. The ingredient gently removes dead skin cells without affecting
living cells, while also reducing skin imperfections. Like all ABT's products,
Dermaclarine(TM) is based on the Company's natural and sustainable marine bio
technology.
ABTs marketing strategy for Dermaclarine(TM) includes building global market
presence through partnerships with several distributors. The distributors will
have geographical exclusivity for the sale of Dermaclarine(TM) to cosmetics
manufacturers in their respective geographical areas.
Comercial Quimica Massó (CQM) of Barcelona, Spain is ABT's Dermaclarine(TM)
distributor for the markets in Spain, Portugal, France, eight Central European
countries and Peru. The markets covered by CQM have a total of more than 250
million consumers. CQM is a highly international company, which has provided
ingredients to the cosmetics industry for more than fifty years.
Gova of Antwerp, Belgium is the Dermaclarine(TM) distributor for the Benelux
markets and its nearly 30 million consumers. The company has been in these
markets for nearly 15 years, and is focusing primarily on delivering natural and
biodegradable ingredients to the Benelux cosmetics industry.
The third new distribution partner is Active Box of Milan, Italy. Active Box
will be the Dermaclarine(TM) distributor for the Italian market, a market of
nearly 60 million people.

We have now succeeded in establishing Dermaclarine(TM) in additional key markets

Aqua Bio Technology's three new distributors for the Dermaclarine(TM) ingredient
complement the Company's existing network of distributors. ABT now has a total
of eight distributors serving the cosmetics industry in Europe, Asia and the
Americas.
