Aqua Bio Technology AS: Notifiable transaction – grant of warrants

trade primary insiders

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 24 July 2023, where it was
announced that the general meeting of Aqua Bio Technology (the "Company") had
approved, inter alia, an issuance of 1,200,000 warrants to certain employees of
the Company. The warrants are granted free of charge. Each warrant gives the
holder the right to require issuance of one (1) new share in the Company at a
subscription price of NOK 5.00 per share.

Håvard Lindstrøm, CEO, has been granted 1,000,000 warrants. Please also see the
